Enhancing Leadership

There are 2 main components to effective leadership - knowing oneself well...and understanding how others may differ. In this workshop, we focus on how self-knowledge, relationship building and leadership work together and support each other. Using psychological type, we invite individuals to recognize their demonstrated behaviors as expressions of their type, and to see type development as a way to enhance overall leader development. This session will be useful for executives, managers and supervisors who wish to:

  • - Increase their effectiveness at motivating others
  • - Improve productivity and job satisfaction
  • - Improve awareness of their personal leadership style and of self-imposed barriers of development
