Susan Kaple

Susan has over 15 years experience as an education consultant. She has designed and delivered a wide variety of services including leadership skills training, team building, conflict resolution and negotiation, customer service, and diversity awareness.

Since receiving her Myers-Briggs certification in 1997, she has been passionate about empowering others to understand their uniqueness and what they have to offer. She focuses on helping people recognize their strengths and skills both individually and within teams. Her clients include Smithfield-Selma Chamber of Commerce, Town of Benson Administration, Hospira, Selma Police Department, Ameriprise Financial Services, Johnston Community College, and many church groups and individuals.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Ohio University and a Masters of Science in Education from the University of Dayton.
